We built the experimental system which involve high concentration of neutral cosolutes and we evaluated quantitatively for the effect of environment on the biomolecular. We built up the database by summarizing these information. However, these system absolutely molecular crowding condition which is homogeneous. Intracell is the condition not only existing high concentration of molecules but also highly comparted by lipid membrane and huge structure which consists of biomolecular (for example, chromatin or cytoskelton). We call heterogeneous molecular crowding condition like this, "Organizational Crowding”. Biosis make transcription from DNA and translation from mRNA. These systems are regulated by molecular crowding which changes dynamic.We perform the analysis that considered spatial-temporal crowding dynamics.
